The service

K1 provides a private AI personal assistant. It is currently in founding / early access — features are actively evolving and availability is limited while we onboard the founding cohort.

Your account

You're responsible for the security of your account and any bot token you connect.
Use K1 lawfully. Don't use it to harm others, break the law, or abuse the service.
One person, one assistant instance, unless otherwise agreed.

Founding pricing

Founding members receive the founding discount described at signup, honored for as long as the subscription stays active. Prices for new customers may change; your locked founding rate will not increase.

The AI, honestly

K1 is powered by AI and can make mistakes. It is a helpful assistant, not a professional advisor — don't rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions. You are responsible for how you act on its output.

Availability & changes

We aim for high reliability but the service is provided "as is," without warranty, during early access. We may update features, these terms, or pricing for new customers; we'll notify account holders of material changes.

Cancellation

You can leave anytime. On cancellation your subscription ends and you can request deletion of your data (see Privacy).
